PropFit is an innovative operations management platform, engineered right here in Australia. It's designed to sync seamlessly with booking data from leading property management systems like Guesty and HomHero, automating tasks and jobs in tune with real-life property events. Where other platforms cater to desk-bound professionals, PropFit uniquely supports operators on the ground, turning digital actions into physical workflows.

Challenge

With a small team and tight time-frame, our focus was on scaling the platform to service 1,000 properties by year's end, a crucial step for an upcoming capital raise in 2024. This task had to be balanced with building industry relationships and establishing a solid reputation, especially in preparation for the pivotal ASTRA 2023 conference.

Solution

I was approached to act as co-founder and designer. Over four months we significantly boosted platform stability and user satisfaction, delivering new features that were crucial for senior managers overseeing large teams. Having hit our targets for this period, we laid a strong foundation for an upcoming capital raise and future growth. I remain a share-holder and contributor to this day.

Crafting step-by-step guides and Loom videos, I rapidly gained deep insights into key user segments, aligning with the platform's broader goals.
